SITE ANALYSIS

Before we start conceptualizing a proposal, our in-house team of designers will complete a site inspection of your property, so that we can gather a sense of how to orient the proposed building and obtain information about site specific features. Our team will then complete a comprehensive zoning review of your property and work closely with you to formulate a plan of the size and shape of the building.

At times, there may be some limitations that restrict the allowable size or height of the proposed construction. We’ll work with our extended partners to represent you before Planning Committees and obtain all necessary approvals to ensure your dreams can become a reality.

We’ll prepare a full set of permit drawings, together with our extended partners, and complete building permit applications on your behalf.

Our full size permit drawings will constitute a comprehensive architectural and structural set of drawings. This will include all specialty structural engineering and construction details required to make your dream come true.

We’ll coordinate every portion of the permit process with local municipal departments and help facilitate any challenges that may arise during the construction phase of your project.
