Before we start conceptualizing a proposal, our in-house team of designers will complete a site inspection of your property, so that we can gather a sense of how to orient the proposed building and obtain information about site specific features. Our team will then complete a comprehensive zoning review of your property and work closely with you to formulate a plan of the size and shape of the building
